I am currently using Viatalk, and in my opinion I think they are much better. They are rated much higher compared to axvoice. Here ya go, compare them here:

I would also advise to check the live support option. Phone support does not work when you need it. The reason is if you have a problem in your phone, how would you call them. In case of a problem, you would have to come back to live support.

I would agree Marc. Live support is a huge factor and you can’t ignore it. Many new voip service providers don’t offer any live support. You had better confirm before sign up if live support is available or not.

I would prefer axvoice because of its online support available. I am not a tech geek and don’t know how to configure the adapter. I contacted their live support team and these guys got me through the process with great patience.

As far as the voice quality is concerned, my personal experience is better with Axvoice. My house is in an Island and Viatalk could not provide any considerable voice quality there. I switched to Axvoice and they have offered me a satisfactory voice quality.

Been using magicjack for quite sometime. The quality has deteriorated imo. Will look into these two! Thanks for sharing
